Citizens Against Toxic Sludge is a grass roots group located in Banning, CA. We are fighting against the approval of a toxic sludge incinerator (“power plant”) proposed for the City of Banning by Liberty Energy XXIII . We are opposed to all burning, incineration and/or gasification of sewage sludge (biosolids) in the City of Banning.
We are not affiliated with any candidate, political party, lobbying group or PAC. We simply state opinions on the proposed toxic sludge incinerator plant as well as the political environment surrounding the pending approval process.
